Role Description The Night Manager will oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient daily handovers between shifts. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring safety and compliance with hotel policies, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues promptly. The Night Manager will also prepare financial and operational reports, handle emergency situations, and maintain a high standard of service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in hospitality operations, including front desk and guest services Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and guests Basic financial and operational reporting knowledge Proven ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
