???? Location: Work From Home (Egypt) ???? Company: Sheba Tour Sheba Tour is hiring a Quality Coordinator to join our team and support our continuous improvement and service quality monitoring. This is a remote position (Work From Home), with 2 in-person meetings per month at our Cairo Branch. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining high standards, we’d like to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate service quality across company operations Review internal performance and customer satisfaction reports Identify service gaps and propose improvement actions Prepare quality reports and KPIs for management Follow up with teams to ensure compliance with quality standards Support the implementation of quality systems and procedures Assist in audits, documentation, and process improvement tasks Requirements:Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Good communication and reporting skills Good English level (written and spoken) Previous experience in quality, auditing, operations, or customer experience is preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must be based in Egypt and able to attend Cairo meetings twice per month Work Model:Work From Home (Remote)2 meetings per month at Cairo Branch (mandatory) Flexible working environment with clear performance expectations Recruitment Process (Less than 1 Week):Our recruitment process is structured and includes the following steps:1️⃣ Filling out the Company Recruitment Community Form2️⃣ English Test (Writing & Reading – conducted from home)3️⃣ Face-to-face interview at our Cairo Branch4️⃣ Final decision and onboarding steps How to Apply:Send your updated CV to: [Click to show email]
