Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Homeroom Teacher at The International School of Elite Education, located in New Cairo. The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, facilitating engaging learning experiences, maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and providing guidance to students in their social and academic development. Duties also include assessing student performance, liaising with parents and colleagues, and supporting extracurricular activities as part of the wider school community.
Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development with a focus on fostering student engagement and learning outcomes Strong background in Education with a proven ability to manage classrooms and promote active learning Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues Hands-on experience and passion for Teaching and facilitating training sessions Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant teaching certification is preferred Experience in an international school setting or working with diverse cultural groups is advantageous Ability to nurture confidence, critical thinking, and leadership skills in students
