Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Client Relations Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as fostering positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the delivery of tailored travel and event solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the team to maintain exceptional service standards and seamless experiences for clients.
