The role focuses on executing and managing high-performing social content while maintaining consistent brand communication across all social media accounts. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with internal teams without leading or owning the entire social media function. Objectives of This Role
  •  Increase engagement and reach across ARIB’s social media platforms.  •  Deliver high-performing short-form video and UGC content.  •  Support influencer campaigns with strong execution and follow-up.  •  Maintain consistent brand voice and professional account management.  •  Contribute insights to improve social media performance. Key Responsibilities
  •  Create and publish short-form social content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts).  •  Manage day-to-day social media accounts and community interactions.  •  Coordinate with UGC creators and influencers:  •  Briefing & follow-up  •  Content review & approvals  •  Usage coordination  •  Track and report social media performance metrics.  •  Monitor trends, formats, and competitor activity on social platforms.  •  Collaborate with design, video, and paid media teams on execution.  •  Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines.
