Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo involves working as a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will contact potential clients to promote services, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate call records. By engaging with prospective and existing customers, the Telemarketer will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify potential clients and convert leads. Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs effectively. Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to establish and maintain client relationships. Previous experience in telemarketing or similar roles is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
