Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Design and Construction Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets and project controls to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The professional will also be responsible for upholding construction safety standards, managing project teams, and ensuring the timely completion of projects in adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead teams and oversee project tasks efficiently Proven experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projects In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety and regulations to ensure safe project environments Hands-on experience in Construction and Project Control processes, including planning, reporting, and timelines Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Experience in retail construction projects is a plus
