Job Title: Sales Logistics Specialist We are looking for a Sales Logistics Specialist in Egypt with 2–3 years of experience to join our vehicle import/export team. This role combines elements of both sales coordination and logistics operations to ensure a smooth end-to-end process for our clients. Requirements:2–3 years of experience in sales logistics, operations, or a related field. Very good / excellent English (written & spoken). Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Familiarity with vehicle import/export processes is a plus. Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics (Ro-Ro, containers, ETD/ETA tracking). Good understanding of trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to work under pressure and solve issues proactively. Job Description: As a Sales Logistics Specialist, you will manage the full cycle from customer inquiry to final vehicle delivery. Key responsibilities include:Handling customer inquiries and following up on leads with a professional sales approach. Coordinating quotations, RFQs, and order confirmations with suppliers and partners. Supporting shipment coordination and providing accurate ETA updates to customers. Preparing and following up on trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO). Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearance agents. Ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Operations, and external partners. Maintaining organized records and internal tracking sheets. Identifying issues early and resolving or escalating them as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
