Role Description We are seeking a Senior Export Sales Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing international sales, managing client relationships, and expanding export opportunities—particularly in fresh, frozen, and freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new markets, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of international clients Identify and pursue new export opportunities and markets Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipment and delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements (Mandatory)3–5 years of experience in export sales of fruits and vegetables (fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried) Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (required) Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to manage international clients and close deals Good understanding of export procedures, documentation, and logistics coordination
Preferred Experience working with Gulf, European, or African markets Additional languages are a plus
