Role Description This is a full-time, remote AI Prompt Specialist role focused on supporting the creative and design team through AI-powered visual and production tools. The AI Prompt Specialist will work closely with designers, motion artists, and video editors to generate design-ready assets, visual concepts, and creative variations using AI. Daily tasks include crafting and optimizing prompts for image, video, and design generation, accelerating creative workflows, and ensuring AI outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves organizing tasks, iterations, and approvals through Click Up. Qualifications Strong prompt writing skills specifically for visual and design-focused AI tools Hands-on experience with AI design platforms such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion Familiarity with AI-assisted video and motion tools such as Runway, Pika, Kaiber (or similar) Ability to generate design-ready visuals and creative variations for ads and social media Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and social media design requirements Ability to translate creative briefs into precise visual prompts Experience collaborating with graphic designers, motion designers, and video editors Strong workflow discipline and ability to manage tasks, versions, and iterations using Click UpExperience in a marketing agency is preferred Experience with Saudi market / GCC market is a strong plus Portfolio or examples of AI-generated visual content integrated into real design work is a strong plus
