Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for bilingual English-Spanish speakers. The role entails providing exceptional customer service and support through bilingual communication channels. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Strong customer service abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and maintaining organized records of interactions Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time in a dynamic work environment Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory High adaptability, teamwork skills, and commitment to providing superior client experiences High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
