Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Heliopolis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop and promote employer branding initiatives, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and improving recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess and onboard top talent Experience in Employer Branding to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with candidates and internal teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of the construction or contracting industry is an added advantage Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
