In this role, you’ll be helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every interaction ends on a positive note. What you’ll be doing:Answering customer questions and providing support Resolving issues in a calm, professional, and friendly way Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone Making customers feel heard, valued, and supported Working closely with your team to deliver great service
