Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and research potential clients in the US tech, fintech, and Saa S sectors using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and email campaigns. • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social messaging to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings. • Qualify inbound inquiries and nurture them into sales opportunities by understanding client needs for remote AI developers and other tech talent. • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare demos, proposals, and initial contracts aimed at fast closures (target: 2-4 weeks per deal). • Track and report on lead generation metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot to optimize for speed and efficiency. • Achieve monthly quotas for meetings booked and opportunities created to fuel rapid contract acquisition.
Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong potential encouraged to apply). • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or tech services. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Linked In, Zoom, Google Workspace) and a basic understanding of AI/tech talent markets. • Self-starter mindset with a results-oriented approach; ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
