What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in luxury retail (jewellery or high-end fashion). Strong experience in managing POS-driven retail operations. Excellent leadership, team development, and people-management skills. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage VIP clients. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to presentation, service quality, and store standards.
Your Role Oversee and manage daily store operations. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance excellence. Ensure sales targets and customer experience standards are consistently met. Maintain exceptional product presentation and visual merchandising quality. Build and manage high-value client relationships.
