Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Technical Support Representative in a Chat Account. The position is based in Cairo and involves providing high-quality customer service support through English chat communication. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, assisting with service-related concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining professionalism and delivering prompt and accurate responses to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Technical Support Agents (Non-Voice)
Location: Maadi

Shifts: Rotational (latest shift ends at 10 PM)
Days Off
Salary: 11,000 – 14,000 EGP (based on English level)
