Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Heliopolis. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their automotive needs, providing tailored vehicle recommendations, and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, showcasing available vehicles, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The position involves collaborating closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless sales experience.
Qualifications Proven skills in customer service, relationship building, and client communication Sales expertise, negotiation proficiency, and ability to meet and exceed sales targets Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle specifications; familiarity with new and used car markets Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Heliopolis Self-motivated, result-driven, and organized with a proactive approach Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related role is an advantage Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
