Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an OGP (Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals) Segment Sales Manager. The role includes the development and execution of sales strategies to improve market share in the OGP segment. Responsibilities also entail maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate will drive growth through market analysis, setting sales targets, and delivering effective solutions to address customer needs.
Qualifications Expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Comprehensive knowledge of Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Capability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans Proficiency in Project Management and Collaboration tools Technical understanding of Industrial Automation, Energy Management, and Digital Solutions Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Minimum of 10 years of experience in the OGP sector in KSAFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
