Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Travel Team Leader, based in Egypt. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the travel sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, providing training, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The role requires a passion for travel services, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications Strong Team Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members Sales expertise, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets Proficient in analytical skills to analyze sales data and optimize team performance Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a MUST. An advanced GDS system, especially Amadeus. A bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
