Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. This includes evaluating property market conditions, advising clients, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires staying informed about property listings, market trends, and real estate regulations.
Qualifications Proven experience in Brokerage and Real Estate Strong Sales skills combined with a professional approach to Real Property transactions Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Comprehensive knowledge of property market trends and relevant regulations Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in using real estate management tools and software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
