Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a French Recruiter based in Cairo, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. The French Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, with a focus on French-speaking talent. Daily responsibilities include creating job postings, coordinating recruitment activities, and collaborating with team leaders to ensure fulfillment of staffing needs. The role will also involve maintaining candidate databases and supporting HR functions to contribute to efficient hiring processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Experience with sourcing and interviewing candidates using recruitment tools and techniques Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus Knowledge of the BPO industry or similar fields is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
