Primary Function:Cashier is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the luxury brand’s standards.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities noted below are considered to be the essential functions of the job.· Customer Service Excellence – Provide a seamless and personalized checkout experience.· Transaction Management – Process payments accurately and securely manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment.· Brand Representation – Maintain professional appearance and luxury etiquette.· Compliance & Accuracy – Follow cash handling and fraud prevention protocols.· Reporting – Complete daily cash reconciliation and reporting.· Replenishments and order processing.· Shipments Receiving and permits approval.· Attending Monthly cycle count.
Qualifications, Education and /or Experience Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.· 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, cashiering, or inventory management.· Luxury etiquette and customer service excellence.· Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.· Professional grooming and communication.· Discretion and confidentiality.. Preferred retail, cosmetics and/or fashion experience.
KPIs:· Accuracy & Compliance _ Target: 100% error-free, zero cash variance, fully policy adherence. Metric: Error count, cash mismatch, compliance records.· Customer Satisfaction _ Target: 95% positive checkout feedback. Metric: Mystery shopper scores (greeting, ID, age, smoking status).
