Role Title: Horizon Europe Coordinator (Partnership Opportunity)
Type: Partnership-based opportunity (not a traditional job)
Focus: Horizon Europe + EU/International funding programs (Erasmus+ is a plus)
Opportunity Summary We’re looking for a high-ownership Horizon Europe Coordinator who understands how EU-funded projects work—and can lead the full journey from call scouting and proposal writing to project delivery, compliance, and reporting after acceptance, This is a partnership role tied to building and winning a strong Horizon pipeline, not a routine position.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end Horizon process: identify relevant calls, assess eligibility, define strategy, and manage submission deadlines. Co-create project concepts with the team: objectives, impact, innovation angle, consortium logic, and fit to the call. Lead proposal development: work packages, roles, budget narrative, timelines, risks, ethics, dissemination/exploitation, and compliance. Build and manage consortia/partnerships (universities, NGOs, startups, research orgs, industry). After award: manage implementation for the full project duration—deliverables, documentation, stakeholder communication, audits, and periodic/final reports. Ensure quality and alignment with EU standards, templates, and evaluation criteria.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Horizon Europe (proposal and/or project delivery). Strong understanding of EU grant logic: impact, excellence, implementation, KPIs, and governance. Excellent English writing (proposal-grade) + attention to detail. Strong project management and partner coordination skills. Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, structured, and able to lead independently.
Why This Is a Partnership This role is about building long-term value through winning and executing Horizon projects. If you can lead successful grants, you’ll be a core partner in scaling the initiative.
