Key responsibilities include managing reservation inquiries and bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, handling guest communication promptly and professionally, and providing personalized recommendations. The role involves effectively upselling services, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and reservations. Additionally, the specialist will participate in training to improve skills and adhere to quality standards.
Qualifications Strong skills in Reservations management with experience in handling and processing bookings efficiently. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service. Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-centric mindset to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve inquiries professionally. Experience in Sales and the ability to upsell services to enhance the customer experience. Familiarity with training processes and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant booking or hospitality software. Fluency in English is required. Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is an advantage.
