Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will manage client relationships and assist in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include advising clients accurately, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, and staying informed about the property market trends and legal guidelines. The role also requires close collaboration with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property consultation, sales, and market analysis Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, including laws and regulations Proficiency in using CRM software and tools Proven experience in the real estate industry or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure
