Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Delivery Manager at Andalusia Health Egypt. The Delivery Manager will oversee the planning and execution of healthcare programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities include managing team operations, leading cross-functional collaboration, optimizing resources, and driving client satisfaction by delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Qualifications Strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects effectively. Proven Team Management and leadership capabilities to guide and motivate teams towards achieving goals. Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, QA, Dev Ops) to ensure successful project outcomes. Excellent Communication and Consulting skills for stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and client relationship management. Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate processes and implement improvements. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Experience in the healthcare or Fin Tech sector is highly advantageous.
