Job Description:Customer Service & Call Handling* Handle inbound customer calls on financial products, accounts, and transactions.* Provide accurate, timely support and recommend suitable solutions or digital channels.* Ensure proper customer authentication, data privacy, and clear communication.
Quality & Compliance* Adhere to KYC, AML, data privacy, and approved call scripts.* Identify and report fraud or suspicious activity.* Accurately document interactions in the CRM.* Meet KPIs (AHT, CSAT) and support team service targets.* Collaborate with supervisors and team to improve processes and performance.
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.* Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services call center/customer service.* Good English proficiency.
Skills:* CRM proficiency.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.* Detail-oriented with high compliance awareness.* Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
