We're seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and customer relationship management. You'll be responsible for guiding team leaders and teams to achieve their sales targets, developing sales strategies, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team leaders and sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans, tactics, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.-Set Sales Targets and Goals: Establish sales quotas and goals for individual team members and monitor performance against targets.- Recruit, Train and Develop Sales Staff: Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills training to sales team members.-Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends: Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address challenges.- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales activities with business goals and objectives. Requirements:Proven experience in tele sales or sales team leadership. Fluent in English B2/C1Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
