Role Description

This full-time and on-site role, based in Cairo, involves managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee staff, ensure exemplary customer service, and monitor the execution of food and beverage operations. Responsibilities also include supervising employee hiring processes, maintaining cleanliness standards, and addressing customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.

Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in team Hiring, management, and team leadership Excellent Communication abilities to interact with staff and patrons Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations Organizational and problem-solving skills for effective restaurant management Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Prior experience in hospitality or food service management is an advantage Educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
