CRM Architect Job Summary The CRM Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated CRM architectures across sales, marketing, service, and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities CRM Architecture & Design :
• Design end-to-end CRM architecture aligned with business strategy and customer journey.• Define CRM data models, workflows, integrations, and security frameworks.• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of CRM platforms. Platform Leadership• Lead CRM implementations and upgrades (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hub Spot, Oracle CRM).• Evaluate and recommend CRM tools, extensions, and third-party integrations.• Establish CRM architecture standards, best practices, and governance. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration• Translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions.• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, IT, and data teams.• Advise leadership on CRM roadmap, capabilities, and innovation. Integration & Data Management• Architect integrations between CRM and ERP, marketing automation, analytics, finance, and customer support systems.• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.• Support CRM reporting, dashboards, and customer insights. Security & Compliance• Design role-based access controls and data privacy measures.• Ensure compliance with GDPR, local data protection laws, and company policies.• Manage CRM performance, availability, and risk mitigation. Leadership & Documentation• Mentor CRM developers and administrators.• Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.• Support change management and user adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation or architecture.• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform.• Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL).• Solid understanding of data modeling, cloud architecture, and security. Preferred Qualifications• CRM certifications (Salesforce Architect, Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect, etc.).• Experience in enterprise or multi-region CRM deployments.• Knowledge of marketing automation, AI-driven CRM, or customer analytics.• Agile / Scrum project experience.
