We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong HR expertise to help us attract, engage, and retain top talent. If you have a passion for recruitment and creating a positive work environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Conduct smooth employee onboarding for seamless integration. Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive culture. Support performance management frameworks, including goal-setting and feedback. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure labor law compliance. Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, engagement, compliance). Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
