Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales activities, which includes interacting with customers to provide assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. The role also involves promoting online products, executing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying potential opportunities to increase online sales. Additionally, the specialist may be involved in training team members on best practices and tools.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs. Strong Sales and Online Marketing skills for executing successful strategies to drive product sales and optimize online presence. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales analytics tools is beneficial.
