Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Real Estate Sales, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining an updated knowledge of market trends and customer needs, ensuring client satisfaction through effective service, and achieving team sales targets.
Qualifications Real estate expertise, including holding a valid Real Estate License, with knowledge of the real estate market and trends Minimum of 2 Years of Experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager. Highly Presentable Strong Sales and Real Property skills to drive deals and manage client portfolios. Excellence in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships. Proven leadership and team management experience in the real estate sector. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
