The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of solid experience and a deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle. Key Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5-7 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment in Construction field is a Must . * Proven experience in handling senior-level hiring and technical or specialized roles. * Experience in implementing or managing ATS systems is preferred. * Deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle. * Strong ability to source hard-to-find candidates using advanced sourcing techniques. * Excellent interviewing and competency-based assessment skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict hiring deadlines. * High proficiency in recruitment analytics. * Strong command of English (spoken & written). Technical Requirements * Ability to design and update job descriptions and hiring criteria. * Skilled in analyzing hiring needs and coordinating with department heads. * Experience in employer branding and enhancing candidate experience. * Ability to prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards. * Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking and market standards.
