Job Details

Role Purpose: The job holder is responsible for making sure all supplier invoices are paid in an efficient and timely manner. provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses. Responsibilities: Reconciling all supplier invoices / validating SOA Processing payments Filing and maintaining supplier records Checking and verifying invoices Preparing convenient payment facility Reconciling petty cash related to business activity and ensure the reflection in accounting record. Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor. Reconciliation of IATA/monitoring non reported tickets with operation team. Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree-Accounting major· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting· Excellent knowledge of office software (Excel-accounting operating system)· Very good in English.· Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.· Can work independently and part of a team.
