Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.2+ years of experience in telesales/telemarketing. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
