Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a French-speaking Call Center Representative. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support in French, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about products or services, and documenting customer interactions accurately. The representative will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional assistance.
Qualifications Fluent in French, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills Experience in customer support, call center operations, or a similar role Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
