Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will manage outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promote MyVA's products and services, and close sales opportunities. They will provide exceptional customer support, address customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Additionally, the role involves assisting customers with training on platform features and supporting their adoption journey.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address customer needs effectively. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging with customers. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced remote work environment. Proficiency in using CRM platforms or similar tools is a plus.
