We’re Hiring: Group Cost Controller – F&B (RDNA Group)
RDNA Group is building one of Egypt’s most ambitious farm-to-table food ecosystems — spanning restaurants, cafés, retail, private label, fermentation, butchery, and central warehousing.
We are now looking for a Group Cost Controller (Food & Beverage) to become one of the most critical guardians of this system.
This is not a back-office accounting role. This is an operations-embedded, kitchen-level, data-driven role that sits at the heart of how food, money, and waste flow through a complex multi-brand group.
Why this role matters
Our chefs, butchers, bakers, and buyers work with: • Fresh meat & seafood • Fermentation & long aging • Variable yields & by-products • Multiple brands, menus, and price points
Which means:If cost is not measured in real time, it doesn’t exist.
We need someone who can translate what happens on the cutting board into financial truth.
What you will own
You will build and run the cost nervous system of RDNA Group: • Food cost models by item, recipe, and brand • Yield & loss tracking (butchery, prep, cooking, waste) • Variance analysis between theoretical vs actual • Supplier price changes, shrinkage, and hidden leakage • Real-time cost signals to chefs, procurement, and finance • Monthly profitability by outlet, category, and menu
You will be inside: • Kitchens • Warehouses • Purchasing • Production • Menus • ERP & spreadsheets

Who we are looking for
We are not looking for a hotel auditor. We are looking for someone who understands how food really behaves.
You should have: • 10+ years in F&B cost control • Experience with restaurants, production kitchens, or food manufacturing • Strong Excel / systems thinking • Deep understanding of recipes, yields, portions, and waste • The confidence to challenge chefs, buyers, and managers with data
If you have worked with meat, fresh produce, prep kitchens, or multi-outlet operations, you will feel at home.
