Job Details

The role:The MT Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team within the modern trade sector. The role ensures smooth operations, achievement of sales targets, effective market visits, and development of sales representatives. It also involves problem-solving, client management, monitoring product performance, and aligning with company policies to secure growth and sustainability in the market.
Key responsibilities Review and confirm Buzz Sales orders and coordinate daily operations. Share required reports with management (daily, weekly, monthly). Monitor logistics movement and ensure smooth delivery of products. Review invoices issued from accounts before handing them to sales reps. Follow up on promotional and tasting campaigns with the marketing team. Ensure customers’ contract terms are applied (spaces, rentals, etc.). Develop sales plans by region, client, and branch according to business volume and contribution. Train sales representatives and continuously improve their performance. Assign and monitor daily market visits for sales reps. Resolve urgent issues in the market and support sales representatives. Conduct daily market visits to monitor product performance and competitors. Capture available opportunities and develop new business continuously. Key skills and experience required:Bachelor’s degree. From 5 to 8 years of experience in sales. Proven experience in supervising and managing sales teams. Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle stressful conditions with frequent market challenges. Strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
