Job Overview:The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities:1- Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.3- Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and media, to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.4- Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and progress to clients. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency. Proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. High level of organization and attention to detail.
