We are seeking a motivated and technically capable IT Support Intern with basic to solid networking knowledge to support daily IT operations and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities Handle and assist in resolving daily IT support tickets (hardware, software, and access-related issues) Support troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals Assist with device setup, imaging, configuration, and software installation Support basic network troubleshooting, including:LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues VLAN fundamentals IP addressing and basic connectivity checks Basic switch port configuration (under supervision) Assist with firewall fundamentals and Fortinet-related tasks under supervision Support user management on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including account creation and license assignment Help maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT engineers as needed
