Qualifications

Experience with HR administrative processes, such as maintaining employee records and managing documentation
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in HR systems and software tools
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
