Job Details

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities. HR Strategy & Operations Implement group HR policies, procedures, and systems within the Egypt branch. Act as the main HR business partner to management and department heads. Support organizational structure, manpower planning, and workforce optimization. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for all Egypt-based roles (technical, design, support). Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs and job descriptions. Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation evaluation processes. Performance Management Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs. Support managers in performance reviews, development plans, and corrective actions. Identify training needs based on performance gaps. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll coordination, salary reviews, and incentive schemes. Ensure compensation structures align with company policy and local market standards. Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave, allowances, etc.). Employee Relations Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive work culture and ensure professional workplace behavior. Advise management on labor-related issues and employee engagement. Labor Law Compliance Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and governmental regulations. Manage contracts, renewals, terminations, and legal documentation. Coordinate with legal advisors and governmental authorities when required. HR Administration & Records Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, attendance, etc.). Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation standards. Training & Development Coordinate training programs and workshops as per business needs. Support career development, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives. Coordination with Head Office Align Egypt HR operations with UAE / Group HR standards. Provide regular updates and reports to Group HR. Support cross-country HR initiatives when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.7- 10 years' experience in Human Resources Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law. Experience in engineering, consultancy, or construction-related industries is preferred. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and reporting tools. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
