Job Description We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to support, maintain, and improve our company’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to users, and help protect company data and systems. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Monitor system performance and ensure security and data integrity Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system records Assist in system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar role Strong knowledge of:Windows/Linux operating systems Computer hardware and peripherals Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls) Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) IT certifications (Comp TIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) Experience with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure) Knowledge of backup systems and virtualization Skills & Competencies Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail Time management and multitasking Strong customer-service orientation
