The responsibilities include planning and executing marketing strategies tailored for real estate developments, managing property listings, and collaborating with sales teams to drive client engagement. The role also involves conducting market research, coordinating open houses or property viewings, and acting as a liaison between developers and potential buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts. Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and objectives. Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong analytical capabilities for market research and marketing strategy development. Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
