Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Property Consultant located in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding, buying, selling, or renting properties in alignment with their specific needs. Daily tasks include conducting property market assessments, networking with clients, providing detailed consultations, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and staying informed on current real estate market trends. Excellent customer service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting abilities, including the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining relationships and addressing client concerns effectively Sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed targets In-depth understanding of the Real Estate market, including property trends and regulations Proficiency in negotiation and contract preparation Dedication to achieving excellence in a fast-paced work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate technologies is an advantage
