Technical Engineering Manager (Hands-on, Product-Oriented) Overview We are looking for a hands-on Technical Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of developers and QA engineers in a product-driven environment. This role combines deep technical ownership with people leadership and delivery accountability. You will own the technical direction, system architecture, and delivery outcomes of your product area. This is not a purely managerial role — you are expected to stay close to the code, guide complex technical decisions, and actively contribute to improving system stability, scalability, and engineering productivity. The ideal candidate is outcome-driven, technically strong in the Microsoft ecosystem, comfortable operating in cloud environments, and proactive in applying AI-assisted development practices to improve quality and velocity.
