Responsibilities:Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation based on design concepts provided by lead architects Coordinate with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to integrate their work into the architectural plans Conduct regular design reviews to identify and resolve technical issues Manage the production and organization of project files, drawings, and submittals Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architectural staff Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field3+ years of experience in a technical architecture role Proficiency with CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.) and other design/modeling tools Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
