Position Overview
dima handle International is recruiting a Commercial Representative for Egypt to develop and manage the local distribution of premium decorative hardware for furniture.
This is a performance-based commercial role within a growing international distribution network.
Key Success Factors
Success in this role depends on:
ability to build and manage a local reseller network,
strict compliance with dima handle pricing and commercial policies,
strong discipline in order and payment management,
field-oriented, structured, and results-driven mindset.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and manage a network of resellers (hardware stores, carpentry workshops, furniture manufacturers)
Organize local distribution and deliveries
Receive products and manage inventory through the dima handle system
Process customer orders and confirm deliveries via the dashboard
Apply company pricing, procedures, and quality standards
Optimize stock rotation and prevent unnecessary inventory immobilization
Coordinate with the international team to ensure product availability
Achieve defined annual sales objectives
Candidate Profile
Sales, commercial, or business development background
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market
Valid driving license and mobility
Organized, reliable, and autonomous
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, dashboards, applications)
Results-oriented with long-term growth mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based compensation: USD 0.10 per unit sold
Commission paid only on collected invoices
No earnings cap
No fixed salary
